If you own a business and are thinking about choosing Vexus Fiber, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Sure, the fiber was fast and the service was reliable. However, I had to move my business to a new location about 5 minutes down the road and Vexus Fiber wouldn't service the new location. Now they are threatening to send the remainder of my "contract" to a collection agency for a service that they won't provide. Charging patrons for services not rendered would cost me my license in the state of Texas. Somehow, this is ordinary practice for Vexus Fiber. Heed my warning, avoid Vexus Fiber Business if at all possible.

Vexus WAS great when they first came to the area. T‐mobile bought them out and service has been terrible ever since. My internet is intermittent now. When I contact customer service via online chat they are rude and abrupt. I am definitely looking for a different provider.

do not use this service please read all the recent reviews the only good reviews they have are paid for. the service we tried to get put at a business, never worked not even one day, the tech people gave us a number to call if it didnt work and we literally called a hundred times, we received bills with the service never even working and trying to cancel in a nightmare. i truly believe that the customer service on the phone get a kick back for not allowing people to cancel or for charging them outrages cancellation fees. for a service that never worked not even one day they gave me a 9000.00 dollar cancellation fee. the rep on the phone refused to allow me to speak to anyone else but them he considered it his call and would not allow me to speak with anyone else. be warned this is a scam if the service never worked and the charging a 9000.00 fee to cancel is a scam, that means they knew from jump that the service was never going to work properly. really sad when the other service in town works better and has better customer service than this.

Trey with Vexus went out to do a new internet install for my mom. He installed the interior equipment on the opposite side of the room away from the desk and computer. This equipment should have been installed on the wall next to the desk. He installed the white box that goes on an exterior wall on the front of the house next to the front door. Unfortunately, the box is stark white and sticks out like a sore thumb. This should have been installed on the side of the house or at least on a wall behind shrubs. I’m assuming he just didn’t want to have to go in the attic and “fish” the wall to put the box on the exterior side of the house. When he completed the install he only checked 1 tv in the house to make sure the internet was setup. The computer did not get set up with internet either. I called Trey to let him know we needed the computer set up with internet. I was told he could walk me through the steps over the phone. Our salesman Roy had to come back out and make a 12’ jumper from the router to the computer in order to get internet. Even if Trey had walked me through the steps over the phone there would have been no internet due to it still needing a 12’ jumper to reach the c

Allen knocked on my door, took time to better understand my family needs, made a recommendation and am so excited to finally have a choice in internet service. Luis came out to install this past week in the pouring rain!! He was super polite and did an amazing job. Luis took the time to help me better understand the options via the app as well as my TV service with YouTube! Definitely went above and beyond. Jimmy Baldwin also completed the burying the lines 48 hours later and also did a fantastic job! I am super impressed!! Thank you Vexus!!
